This blog started off as a small, lived for a while, defunct-ed for quite some time, and it's about time to be re-born. So people... start blogging! New Media is so IN now! Sell and promote your wares here, update your life, and let's work towards a grand reunion! What say you?

Selamat Hari Raya!

To all my friends...

Here's wishing you a very very very...

Note: I start the Raya holidays tomorrow till the following Sunday! Yippi! Long break ~ like going back to school! Hehehe...

Memories.

Forever "gambar dalam proses". Sebenarnya malu nak letak gambar.

Birthday card kreatif. Bila masa korang panggil aku Siti aa? I don't get the lawak "jejaka dominan" tu skang....must be some stories behind it.

Kleenex abang matriks punya. One of my minor crush.

Selamat Hari Guru...

Again, Cikgu Suhaimi keeps contributing for this blog. Last week was Hari Guru - the most awaiting day by all Cikgus. Though, you have nothing to do with Cikgu anymore, but for us we are proud to develop human capital for the nation. To all teachers who have taught in SokSek and who are still teaching there - "Selamat Hari Guru". We make a road, others will make their journey.

Michelle, Huzaimi & me

Sometime my mind became saturated. Cannot think anymore. Browse through the file saved in the laptop, and I found this photo. It was taken during Karam's wedding. Just to share with all of you - this is how I look now!!!

Reunion @Batu Ferringhi, 2004

Mari tengok gambar kita 3 years back. (Courtesy of Kapt. Fadhlina Md. Yassin - I'll post her recent photo next :) )

Chot macam skycrapers, kitorang taraf2 Wisma Central je huhu.

Rambut Yamani cantik gila okay.

Ini je semua yang datang, except for a few yang dah balik hari pertama lagi. Bersempit2 tido kat 3-rooms apartment opposite Ferringhi beach. But it was a lot of fun!

Our Ex-Principal : Tuan Haji Ngazizan

It all started by Cikgu Suhaimi (who else ler?) asking if anyone was keeping in contact with our ex-principal, Tuan Haji Ngazizan. After much searching and some right turns on the way... Guess What? I found his son instead! (Which is better than nothing la hor....). According to Tuan Haji's son, Tuan Haji is now retired and happily living a pensioner's life. Did not mention where though. Will update when I get more details.

This is how Tuan Haji looks like (just in case you forgotten how ler...)

With Google, you can find almost anyone and anything!

Well Done

I think I am the 2nd one to express something here. Firstly, thanks to Michelle for creating this blog. Simple way of communicating and expressing our thought in this new borderless world.

2ndly, how I feel about my ex-students (especially the 96 batch) after 10 years you left TUNASS (may be somebody doesn't like this new name). Those I have met and read their emails through the group, you guys are just starting for a stable profession. Just do whatever you feel good for you and are happy for it. I felt that the chance given for you in TUNASS at least made you independence enough in making the right decision. Most of you can speak and write in English well, not broken anymore like before 1996 - berabuk lagi ada ler and even better than me. The way you speak now shows your maturity.

3rdly, what make me back as a student? Being a teacher is already comfortable. But, after I continued my Masters and joined Kementerian Pelajaran, I felt that many things are in advance and my knowledge are out of date. Apart from "politicing" in the office, better for me to upgrade myself and do something that benefial and let me contribute later. Teacher's spirit is still in my heart and soul, and I am still doing something on education for my doctrate research - IT in education. Well anak-anak muridku, I need your support too - doing PhD is just like searching a needle in the jungle and you are in your own world (that's what my wife said). You saja yang tau problem you - pandai-pandai ler usaha cari sebilah jarum tu!!!!

Lastly, to all my dear students "Dare to take the risk and be strong". I really hope some of you will follow my footstep.Cikgu Suhaimi

Welcome everyone!

First of all, thank you for being here.

We all are up and about doing our own thing for just over 10 years since Form 5 in 1996. Initially there was a plan last year to organise a small reunion to commemorate our 10th year since SPM but alas, plans all tak jadi due to lack of participation.

Was thinking that this blog could be a small step into making such plans happen. I was talking to Ami just the other day and mentioned that we could organise something small first like maybe a day outing to Sunway Lagoon (so that our married friends can bring their spouse and kids along) before we move on to something bigger. So what say you? Any brilliant ideas?

I'm going off from the office soon so hope to have some activities happening about here soon.

Take care you all!
